Verify course delegates

1. Navigate to the Course and click "Trainer & Participants" to ensure that all participants have already joined before the training begins.
    

   

2. When delegates enter the "Training Room", their desktops are automatically cloned from the "Fresh-Start" image.

   Kindly note that certain additional steps occur automatically during cloning, and they have been excluded from this guide for the sake of clarity.
