Training Room Overview

The Training Room offers a seamless approach to joining a course.

It enables users to:-
 

1. Manage their virtual desktops (and trainers can also manage participants' desktops)
2. See the trainer's desktop in a grid or side-by-side layout
3. Capture recordings of their own desktop
4. Detach the desktop into a separate browser window or an external monitor if desired
5. Use the chat feature
6. Access training materials
    

Everything takes place within a browser window. Once they have joined a course, participants are automatically directed to the Training Room to make the experience more straightforward for newcomers.

Furthermore, trainers can oversee every participant's machine simultaneously and interact with any of them—for instance, to support someone who requires help or is falling behind. This simultaneous view of all student desktops is unmatched and significantly aids the trainer in recreating the feel of a conventional classroom.

Although it may not be immediately obvious, to exit the Training Room view, simply click the `Desktop` tab once more and you will be returned to the Training page.
